Its OK to be Angry


What ultimately comes through in the course of adversity is who we really are. By nature, we are kind, compassionate, loving and stronger than we even realize. With these qualities we can inspire and give strength to those who need it the most… OR… let our pain and anger consume us and define us in a way that offers nothing in the wake of our hardships. Its ok to be angry and it is ok to be hurt, but don’t let it lure you away from who you really are.
